If you wish to make a return, you have 15 days from receiving your order to send your purchase back to us. Items must be returned in their original box, with the ‘Do not remove this tag” still attached. Items that have been worn or do not have the tag on will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. For this reason, we suggest you try the shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks.

Please note that currently we do not offer exchanges, if you need a different size/colour or to try another style, simply return it for a refund and place a new order to purchase the new item separately.
